Join Linda MacIver as we prepare to cross the pond to your ancestral roots with techniques to guide you through census decades and the years of civil registration, to the years back from 1837 into the wonderful world, but more difficult period, of parish registers. Subscription and free databases are essential, as is your knowledge of history and geography of England. So buckle up and read at least a good book on English history when you can!
