Oh no… another fantastic vintage! In seemingly sharp contrast to the goings-on of the rest of the world at the time, the 2020 growing season was mostly steady and measured. A mild, just-wet-enough spring gave way to an unremarkable summer, save only for a brief heat wave in August that mellowed out into a slightly warm, but fair fall. The result was well-ripened Nebbiolo with balanced acidity that yielded wines that are both approachable, as well as suited for the cellar.
