Alcott scholar Lis Adams will her recent book “Little Women: Letters to Laurie” and her tireless hunt through previously unpublished letters to reveal Alf Whitman as a real-life inspiration for Louisa May Alcott’s LITTLE WOMEN character of Laurie Laurence.
