The conversation on “The Urgency of Allyship” aims to address the critical role that allies play in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization and broader society. This session will focus on understanding allyship, identifying actionable steps to become effective allies, and recognizing the impact of allyship on marginalized communities.
This conversation aims to educate participants on the importance of allyship, inspire them to take proactive steps in supporting marginalized groups and equip them with practical tools to foster a more inclusive environment. By highlighting the urgency of allyship, we aim to create a culture where everyone feels valued and supported.”
This program will be presented in partnership with the Concord and Concord-Carlisle Public Schools Office of DEIB.
