The Umbrella Arts Center continues to expand its creative discovery opportunities for families of preschool-aged children as young as 1 year old on Wednesdays this Fall!

Your emerging little artist will love experimenting with clay, paint, collage, drawing, and other sensory rich materials alongside their caregiver and experience instructor Sarah Scoville. Enjoy the spontaneous creations children will create as they engage in this developmentally enriching process. Class will start with reading a story to establish a theme and end with a brief circle time, parachute play, and songs.

Toddler Arts (Ages 1-2)
Wednesdays, September 25 – November 13, 9:30am – 10:15am

Preschool Arts (Ages 2.5-5)
Wednesdays, September 25 – November 13, 10:30am – 11:30am

Sarah Scoville is an art educator, artist, community organizer, and mother who holds both a BFA and MAED from The Maryland Institute College of Art. Sarah has taught photography, intro to visual art, and art history to students for 10 years.
