Take time to let your mind slow down, relax and take a meditative breath as we explore Zentangle. It is considered by some to be “yoga for the brain.” Using repeating shapes and patterns as well as conscious focus you can create beautiful, whimsical designs. Practicing Zentangle has been shown to improve self-compassion, reduce anxiety and stress, and increase concentration and self-confidence.
