Best Western

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. I loved the breakfast options! And the hotel was in a good location that was close to touristy sites in Concord.

When I tell you that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, I say this with pride. Genuinely incredible staff, very attentive and helpful, the person who worked the night of our check in date was super friendly and courteous, sadly forgot to get her name but she was awesome. The breakfast is absolutely the best I've had in a standard hotel, full on scrambled eggs with bacon/sausage, little triangle potato things, pancakes, bagels, cereal, this is what breakfast should be like in every place. They had a gorgeous pool, which sadly we couldn't use due to just not having our swimming attire/it being the middle of October, but it looked clean as anything. Our room had a balcony area, was extremely clean, chargers above the bed, a heat lamp in the bathroom, which my girlfriend, now fiancé since I proposed during my time in this area, absolutely loved. Oh yeah, plus my girlfriend and I got engaged here, I was super nervous, but they made us feel like we were at home. This is a fantastic hotel, old school sure, but none the less, if we end up taking another trip to Salem, this will be our hotel of choice. No questions asked. Sure its about an hour away, but I'd rather drive a bit and stay at a place I know will be a fantastic stay. I say this with over 4 years of hospitality under my belt, amazing hotel.

Nice place, I found it convenient for my time in the Boston area, a plus was the complimentary breakfast, very good!!

The front desk agent Matt is really helpful with information. He gave us a little card with all the hotel information, including Wi-Fi, hotel set up, and directions. The hotel is very reasonable for what you paid for. Good for those that needs a temporary place to stay.

This is a two part review. I make it a habit to read most of the recent reviews before traveling to get a unbiased expectation. I did travel here in the last week. As I went to write this review, I saw two new reviews that looked to be a blatant attempt to be overly nasty and verbally abusive. Sir or madam, HC and Funi.. your angle seemed to be from being offended or not getting your way. I looked at your other reviews and found the same negative vibe. Your lack of constructive feedback and blatantly making fun of an associate shows how little minded you are. If anyone reads the reviews for this place.. they will repeatedly see how much the staff is credited for a positive attitude and noted as friendly, outgoing, and helpful. Again, sir or madam, you need to do a values and integrity check on yourself before you attempt to belittle others when you dont get what you want. Makes you look weak sir/madam. I also reported your grade school level review for bullying. With over 500 reviews touting a positive experience, your review seems more of an attack and I hope people see it as that. Now to my review. The location is easy to find, and off a main road. While the building may be older, it is well kept. The room was very clean, plenty of hot water, and a balcony. Every member of the staff I encountered were very polite and engaging. Check in and check out were very easy compared to other places I have stayed. The breakfast food was great and the selection was better then many places at a similar price point. The pool was not opened yet, no feedback on that. There is no elevator, so stairs for the second floor are the only option. I have found the east side to be the most calming for the times I have stayed there. Being close to Concord, this is a great stay to be close for tourism.

Very clean nice hotel. There are microwave Mini fridge Iron Iron board There is balcony with chairs. Not much of the view though and was cold to sit outside. Generally speaking, was very nice hotel

Clean rooms. The hotel is dated but my room was very clean. Front desk staff was fantastic! No bugs and I felt safe. Can’t complain.

Was visiting family and thus location to attractions wasn't a concern. Room seemed a bit dilapidated with old electrical outlets, sticky doors--swollen, an odd screw hole here and there in the bathroom tiles and dark long corridors leading to the rooms. The beds and linens were fine. The shower pressure was great and their complimentary buffet style breakfast wasn't bad. They offered a wide selection of item, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels, danishes, hot oatmeal, cereal, yogurts, gluten free sliced bread, coffee, assorted juices, tea, etc. It would have been great if they had non-dairy alternatives for milk, or lactose free milk. We did not use their pool during and can't comment on it. Overall, our stay was good and if visiting the area again, we would consider this place again.

Been staying there for years. GREAT staff, but starting to show its age...will be staying there, again!

Outside is a little run down but the room is lovely. The breakfast was quite tasty~a typical hotel breakfast.

Staff was amazing & very friendly and helpful - being from out of the area they knew different locations for things we were looking for and updated hours with the covid effecting these things.i will be reffering friends & family to use this hotel while I am in the area for cancer treatments
